Thank you for supporting my art. I want you to love your new stationery and artwork. Because I am a small boutique, I have established a few guidelines for returns and exchanges below.

Broken or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please let me know within 30 days of delivery. I will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to make it right. Just send a quick photo of the issue to hi@hau-design.com so I can help you out.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem! I accept returns or exchanges on unaltered, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees for items.

  • Getting Started: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me at hi@hau-design.com before mailing your package.
